A new schedule

As we approached the three weeks before the deadline it became clear that we needed to manage our time more wisely so we devised a new schedule where we looked at what free periods we each had a a team and when we can get together as a group and when we as individuals could come in and work on the project. So when we devised our schedules we also decided what we was going to do in those free periods so that if one of us was going to work on the project for an hour and later that day another one of us was going to work on the project later that day we know what each other was working on.
